Creative Clay

Carnegie Museum of Art

Price: $300 (Members: $275)

What could be more fun than transforming wet clay into an object of your own design? The art of ceramics combines technical skill with imagination. Learn how to raise a form on the potter’s wheel and practice a variety of hand-building techniques. Make boxes, bowls, and cups, or sculpt animal and human forms that are realistic or abstract. Apply glazes to give your work its finished appearance. Find inspiration in the museum’s outstanding collection of ceramic art. Materials fee is included in price.

Campers will meet at the Courtyard Entrance to the museum each morning.

Last day to register is June 12, 2017.
